When will my first box ship?

Your first box ships within 3-5 business days of subscribing. After that, boxes ship on the 1st of each month.

Can I switch between tiers?

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch tiers anytime from your account. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

How does the shelter donation work?

Every quarter, we calculate 5% of our net profits and distribute them to shelters based on subscriber location. You choose your shelter in your account, and we handle the rest. Every dollar is tracked and reported.

What if my pet has allergies?

Add your pet's allergies to their profile in your account. We automatically exclude those ingredients from your subscription box. If we can't avoid an allergen in a given month, we'll substitute with a safe alternative.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can pause or cancel from your account at any time. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll still receive your current month's box.
